Install The BULL99 APK In 36MB And Play From RM15
Download 36MB, install version 4.2.0 and the whole casino is on the home screen: 1,990+ games, the cashier, the 4D board and the sportsbook on one ringgit balance. Android 8 or later runs it on Android and iOS 13 or later on iPhone, and nothing on the offer board changes between the app and the browser. The browser spec is on BULL99 online casino.
- Check the handset runs Android 8 or later, or iOS 13 or later on an iPhone.
- Download the 36MB file and allow the install when the handset asks.
- Sign in with the phone number on the account, because the app and the browser share one balance.
- Turn notifications on if you want a push when a withdrawal settles, or leave them off.
36MB, version 4.2.0, and what it holds
The download is 36MB and the current build is 4.2.0. Inside it are the slot shelf, the live casino tables, the sportsbook, the esports book, the fishing rooms, the 4D board and the cashier, all reading from the same ringgit balance as a browser session. BULL99 Online Casino Malaysia ships the same game count in the app as in the browser, so a player loses nothing either way.
Android 8 or later is the floor on Android, and iOS 13 or later on an iPhone. Below those the games will not load reliably, which is why the figures are published rather than left to be discovered after an install.
Game files stream rather than ship inside the download, so 36MB is the install and not the total footprint over time. The game count itself, 1,990+ across 23 studios, is identical to the browser and is listed on BULL99 casino.
What the install asks for, and what it does not
The install asks the handset for storage to write itself, and for notification permission if you want a push when a deposit clears or a withdrawal settles. Notifications can be declined and the app runs exactly the same way without them.
Beyond those two, nothing is requested. The cashier never asks you to convert a balance into anything, no step asks for a card number, and the account is identified by the phone number it was registered with. The withdrawal rails inside the app are the same five as everywhere else.
Signing in on the app does not sign you out of a browser, so a pending top-up started in one is finished in the other. The account access spec is on BULL99 login.
How an update arrives, and what it changes
The app checks its own version against 4.2.0 when it launches and offers the newer build if there is one. An update replaces the install rather than adding a second copy, and the balance, the offer board and any open bonus condition carry across untouched because all of them live on the account rather than on the handset.
A studio adding titles does not need an app update, because game files stream. What an update does change is the shell: the cashier screens, the game list and the push behaviour.
An install on a second handset is the same 36MB and signs in to the same account. The published deposit and withdrawal spec is identical on both and sits on BULL99 e-wallet.
What the 36MB install gives a Malaysian player that the browser does not
The short answer is speed and nothing else: the same 1,990+ casino games, the same online slot shelf, the same live dealer tables and the same 4D board, on the same balance and the same platform. No offer is app-only. The welcome bonus, its wagering requirement of 8x, the rebate paying cashback on turnover and every payment option are identical in both.
Version 4.2.0 needs Android 8 or iOS 13 and 36MB of space. It asks for storage and notifications, nothing more, and it does not ask for contacts, photos or location. Updates arrive in the app itself, so there is nothing to re-download by hand, and a mobile browser needs no install at all.
A bet placed in the app and a spin paid for in the browser settle on the same servers, and a payout requested from either lands in 6 to 12 minutes. Real money play is 18 and over, online gambling rules do not change with the install, and nothing in it asks you to trust a permission that is not listed above.
Figures read in MYR on both. The welcome bonus is the same deposit bonus either way, with the same wagering on an online slot game, a live dealer game and a table game, and real money gaming on a Malaysian online casino account behaves the same through DuitNow, FPX or an e-wallet.

Frequently asked questions
How big is the BULL99 APK?
36MB to download and install, version 4.2.0. Game files stream rather than ship inside it, so that figure is the install and not the space the app uses over months of play.
What does my phone need to run it?
Android 8 or later on Android, iOS 13 or later on an iPhone. Those are published because below them the games will not load reliably, and both builds sign in to the same account and the same ringgit balance.
What permissions does the install ask for?
Storage so it can write itself, and notifications if you want a push when a deposit clears or a withdrawal settles. Notifications can be declined and nothing else is requested.
Do I lose my balance when the app updates?
No. The balance, the offer board and any open bonus condition live on the account rather than on the handset, so an update replaces the install and carries all of them across. Signing in on a second handset reaches the same account.
